Our Patient Navigation Program is the heart of our work. Our navigators have lived experience accessing abortion and provide compassionate, tailored support to our clients. Working closely with clinics, partner organizations, and volunteers, they manage client cases from first contact through post-abortion care. 2023 was our busiest year yet, serving 250% more patients than 2022 & nearly 450% more patients than 2021.

Legal Access Program

Launched in February 2023, our Legal Access Program provides confidential legal support on reproductive health, abortion, and pregnancy criminalization. We operate the sole judicial bypass program in Ohio, and successfully supported 100% of our 29 judicial bypass clients in our launch year. In addition, the program fundraised $13,000 for an individual facing criminalization, establish a pro bono legal support network, and assisted 15 clients with legal concerns other than judicial bypass.

Outreach & Advocacy

2023 was a huge year in advocacy—we collected signatures, busted abortion stigma, and secured abortion access & reproductive freedom in Ohio’s constitution. Beyond the ballot initiative, we provided critical public education and distributed harm reduction materials to thousands of Ohioans. That includes more than 4,400 boxes of emergency contraception, 2,000 condoms, and 2,000 pregnancy tests.
